October 7 was the wedding of Rachel and James. They chose the Shelter Harbor Inn, Westerly RI as the location for their rehearsal, dinner, ceremony and reception. The Inn was a wonderful place for Rachel and James, as well as their guests to stay for the weekend. The food was absolutely delicious and the staff were very professional and helpful.
Rachel and James had their ceremony and cocktail reception music performed by La Bella Musica. They honestly are now one of my favorite String Music groups. They played top 40 as well as classic songs on the strings. It was a rainy day; however, their guests remained under the heated tent, listening to the music while sipping wines and enjoying hors d’oeuvres. It was very cozy.
Jenn Frazer of Jennfrazerphotography.com took amazing pictures and spent some very personal and dedicated time with Rachel and James. She is lovely to work with.
Shelter Harbor, a month later, experienced Hurricane Sandy. My hope is that beautiful and historic location was untouched by the storm.
